It will be a combination of experiential exercises, discussion and Q & A based on the material covered in the book. There will be 2 experiential sessions focusing on the emotional aspects of dealing with FS in the morning and addressing possible emotional origins of FS in the afternoon. Discussions and Q & A will cover the entire range of treatment options from anti-inflammatory remedies to injection procedures to manual therapies to surgical approaches.

What you'll get:

• 2 interactive 1-hour sessions with recordings immediately available if you cannot make the live class. You will be immersed in experiential learning of my ultimate sequential combination of my favorite self-healing techniques including Meditation, Expressive Writing, EFT Tapping, and Self-Hypnosis. By the end of the class, you will have practiced these methods enough to be able to do this sequence on your own.
  

• 2 discussion 1-hour sessions with Q & A in the morning and afternoon about any topic in the book, plus any other subject related to FS that was not covered in the book.  A one-hour meal break in the middle of the workshop. Video recordings will be posted on the course website the following day and remain available for 3 months until the start of the next version of this course.
